• Usage Statistics - Total reminders received, completed reminders count
• Language Preference - Your chosen language setting
• Registration Date - When you first registered with the bot

We do NOT collect: Your messages, Discord username, email address, or any personally identifiable information beyond your Discord User ID.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the HydroMate service:

• Send you hydration reminders based on your preferences
• Track your wellness progress, streaks, and achievements
• Display server leaderboards (participation is visible to server members)

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you use the bot. To request deletion of your data, please contact us through our Discord support server. Upon request, we will permanently delete all your wellness tracking data, preferences, streaks, and achievements within 30 days.
